A Neapolitan avantgarde composer who committed suicide in the early eighties and whose music is absolutely stunning. Deep and melancholic.
Luciano was born in Naples in 1950 and quickly developed a surprising interest in long sustained sounds.
Thus focusing his research on the sound in it’s primary and internal meaning. At the outset on the melodic, rhythmic and harmonic entities. to ‘re-enter in the sound. to hold it. to hold it… then to leave it to go’.
~~~~~~~~~ ( I downloaded this album about 4 or 5 days ago and only listening to it today. My advise… get it and hear it straight away. Don’t wait for a week or so to get to it because this music is ABSOLUTELY EPIC.
And yes lately everything I’m posting are stuffs I gathered from the [ Forum ] so thank you to everyone who registered and who really make this place an UNFORGETTABLE place to be.
