An Hero are a post-sludge/percussive drone/ambient band all the way from Wellington New Zealand - Their unique sound of post-sludge is unlike anyone else in the scene. Their no boundries approach to song writing has led to a very uncommon range of sonic atmospheres, anything from drone to skramz influences can be heard in their music.

Palehorse/Palerider, a “doomgaze” trio from Denver, has released an EP entitled ‘Burial Songs’ that does a surprisingly superb job at separating itself from the pack. Let’s delve into it.

Their new record, “I Want to Stand Where the Sun Himself Shakes with Fear”, is a five song album that navigates alt-rock, experimental, and borderline metal and progressive influences all at the same time.
