Four guys called the band after Rosa Lee Parks, an activist of the civil rights. Rosa Parks is a young Hungarian band from Győr. Formed in 2007 the band creates instrumental tracks with a strong post-rock / experimental influence. [ Rosa Parks ] are inspired by underground clubs, friends, hunger, history of injustice and melancholic moments.

Gergo - Guitar Flo - Bass Peter - Drums and Ádám - Guitar

With influences that range from the likes of [ Explosions In The Sky ], [ This Will destroy You ], [ Caspian ] ~ [ God Is An Astronaut ], [ Scraps Of Tape ] and many more... [ Rosa Parks ] is considered to be one of the most prominent post-metal / math-rock outfit on the Hungarian underground music scene. The band release their first Self-Title EP back in 2009 which was followed by the album [ Black Is The Color Of Bondage, Blue Is The Past ] in 2010 and a SPLIT with [ Ana Never ] in 2011.
